Refunds Policy

Our refund policy is covered in the detailed terms and conditions document but repeated here for ready reference.

Refunds will be made only in case the agreement between Professional Line Building Maintenance and the client is terminated either by the client or by the service provider. The amount paid under the signed agreement will be refunded to the client as:

  1. Full amount will be refunded if client request refund before the commencement of agreement and no services have been rendered by the service provider.
  2. If client request refund after the start of contract or service provider has rendered services, refund will be done on prorata basis after deducting cost of services rendered by the service provider proportionate to contract duration.
